SCBA CONDEMNS THE BRUTAL MURDER OF SENIOR ADVOCATE KHAJA MOIZUDDIN
Official statement by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) condemning the brutal and planned murder of Senior Advocate Khaja Moizuddin in Hyderabad. The SCBA highlights growing concerns over advocate safety, calls the attack an assault on the rule of law, and demands an immediate, thorough investigation to bring the perpetrators to justice.
The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) strongly condemns the shocking, brutal, and seemingly planned murder of Senior Advocate Khaja Moizuddin in Hyderabad.
This heinous incident has deeply disturbed the entire legal fraternity and raises grave concerns regarding the safety and security of advocates while discharging their professional duties.
"The attack resulting in the death of a member of the Bar is not merely a crime against an individual, but an assault on the institution of justice itself. The legal profession forms an essential pillar of the justice delivery system, and any act of violence against advocates strikes at the very foundation of the rule of law."
Our Demand & Condolences
To the Authorities: The SCBA urgently demands that the concerned authorities conduct a fair, expeditious, and thorough investigation to ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice at the earliest in accordance with the law.
To the Family: The Association expresses its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prays for their strength during this incredibly difficult time.
