According to the notice, Sri Khaja Moizuddin was grievously injured near his residence after being intentionally or recklessly hit by a speeding vehicle driven by unidentified individuals. Despite being hospitalized and receiving medical care, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The incident has sent shockwaves through the local legal fraternity, causing deep anguish, distress, and serious safety concerns among its members.
In response to the gravity of the situation, the Association has strongly condemned the attack and extended its condolences to the grieving family. To ensure justice is served swiftly, they have formally requested the state's highest police office to establish a Special Investigation Team (SIT).
